COMPUTER REPAIR PRICING

 

Our no fix, no fee policy means that if we don’t possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer. If we are able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting us not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for the minimum 1 hour. (If the cost of the repair is unreasonably high which means you better off buying a new computer you will not be charged)

SolveItTech can provide an estimate before a repair is carried out. In order to provide this estimate, we need to spend time diagnosing the problem.

  • Service rates are for labor only and excludes parts.

  • Prices above are not including GST.

If you live within the Brisbane North Lakes 4509 Postcode, then there is no callout fee charged, for other North Brisbane locations, just ask when you contact us.
